Where is the upper damper/softclose for the tubular frame included?

With the runner.

The full-extension runner compact Hochschrank Standard does not extend completely out of the cabinet.

Check whether the upper runner has been mounted in the correct position.

The full-extension runner Compact Hochschrank Standard does not close completely.

Pull the pull-out mechanism out firmly as far as it will go.

Can the old Hochschrank 495 slide still be ordered?

No, but we can offer to repair the centre section. Please contact customer service for this.

Can I clean the runner of the full-extension Compact Hochschrank Standard?

Yes, there must be no dirt on the bottom slide, especially the base element:
Wipe dry dirt off with a dry cloth.
If there is oil or grease on the slide, you will need to clean the whole element
(running surfaces, roller surfaces and rollers), e.g. with glass cleaner.
The slide may need to be replaced.
Never use oil or other lubricants on the segments!
